If you are not an Optometrist and are interested in contacting Dr. Lane,

    If you are an OD and interested in access to the "members section" of this website please submit your request to register with this site.  Registration will allow you to purchase and download the available documents
    ​
    Once your request has been approved you will receive an email with an invitation to "become a member".  After you complete that process you will be allowed to purchase and download the documents.
