So many of us experience losing track of our breath when we get stressed. Finding your breath is an essential aspect of your health and healing. This practice is designed to become part of your everyday routine. Begin with sitting quietly. You can sit in silence or choose a relaxing song to play in the background. Follow one of the graphics below to queue your breath. Start with a 3 minute song and gradually build up to 10 minutes or more. Once you find the breath, you can close your eyes if you wish. As time goes on, work toward finding this breath throughout your day when ever you notice a feeling of tension or stress.
